At LAUNDERD our team of technicians have years of experience in repairing and maintaining luxury fashion items, handbags, shoes and clothing. We specialise in restoring and preserving the quality and look of high end fashion pieces so they stay in beautiful condition for years to come. From repairing broken heels and replacing missing heel caps to removing scuffs and stains from leather and other materials, we cover it all. We only use the best materials and techniques so our repairs are virtually invisible. We pride ourselves on our customer service so every item is treated with love and care
Our Process
At LAUNDERD, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service. Here’s an overview of our process:
ONE Complete our request a quote form and provide us with all the details regarding your repair.
TWO One of our ateliers will review your repair request and provide you a quote.
THREE Once you have reviewed and accepted the quote, we will send you a prepaid and insured shipping label to send your item straight to our studio.
FOUR The team will review your item and confirm your quote before they get started on the repair.
FIVE Once your repair is complete, we'll send you 'after' photos and your final invoice, before shipping your item back to you, as good as new.
Our Quotes
Anytime you complete our quote form, you're receiving a quote directly from one of our ateliers who is assessing the damage or type of maintenance required. Our quotes are 99% accurate and only increase should we detect extra work to be done and have that added to the repair work with your approval first.
