1.1 Launderd provides laundry, dry cleaning, and related services as described on the website.
1.2 All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services at any time without prior notice.2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
2.2 Users are responsible for ensuring all items for laundry are appropriately labeled and do not contain prohibited materials, such as hazardous substances.
2.3 Launderd is not responsible for damages resulting from users’ failure to disclose special handling requirements for items.3. Pickup and Delivery
3.1 Launderd offers scheduled pickup and delivery services as specified on the website.
3.2 Users must ensure availability at the pickup and delivery locations during the scheduled times.
3.3 If a user fails to be available, additional fees for rescheduling may apply.4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment for services must be made in full via the accepted methods outlined on the website.
4.2 Any unpaid balances must be settled before additional services are rendered.
4.3 Launderd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.5. Care and Handling of Items
5.1 Launderd takes reasonable care in handling users' items. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damages to items.
- Items that are heavily soiled or susceptible to damage due to normal washing/dry cleaning processes.
- Loss of buttons, zippers, or other accessories before or during transit.
5.2 Users agree to indemnify Launderds against claims arising from the condition of items submitted for service.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
6.1 Launderd will investigate any claims for lost or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
6.2 For validated claims, compensation is limited to the lesser of:- The fair market value of the item.
- Five times the cost of the service fee for the item.
6.3 Launderd is not liable for items left unclaimed for more than 30 days or for items lost and/or damaged during transit.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 Users may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid penalties.
7.2 Refunds are issued at Launderds’ discretion and may be subject to deductions for incurred costs.8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the Launderd’s website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Launderds and protected by copyright law.
8.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any website content without prior written permission.9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Launderd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the maximum amount paid by the user for the service in question.10. Privacy Policy
